About Me

Hey there — I’m 39, a dad of two amazing kids, and a guy who’s happiest with a guitar in hand, some good music playing, and family close by.

I’ve always been the kind of person who likes to think about things — philosophy, psychology, math, science… the stuff that makes you stop and wonder how everything fits together. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I love asking the questions.

When I’m not lost in a great guitar riff or a deep conversation, you’ll probably find me working the forklift like it’s an extension of me. I take pride in doing what I do well — whether it’s moving pallets, playing music, or just being there for my kids.

Life’s a mix of curiosity and rhythm for me — thinking, creating, working hard, and taking time to enjoy what really matters.

System Of A Down

"Aerials" is a song by American heavy metal band System of a Down. It was released in 2002 as the third single from their second album Toxicity (2001), which earned the band its second Grammy Award nomination for Best Hard Rock Performance at the 45th Annual Grammy Awards in 2003.

The song hit number one on both the Billboard's Alternative Songs and Mainstream Rock charts. It was System of a Down's first number-one hit. The song was played at the funeral of Keith Flint, frontman of the Prodigy.

"Aerials" is widely considered one of the band's best songs. Loudwire and Kerrang both ranked the song number three on their lists of the greatest System of a Down songs. In 2013, the staff of Loudwire included the song's main riff in their list of "the 10 Best Metal Riffs of the 2000s".

Redbone

"Come and Get Your Love" is a song by the American rock band Redbone. The song was originally released as a promo track under the name "Hail" and was later featured on their fifth album, Wovoka (1973), under its current name. The song was released as the album's first single the following year. Written and produced by band members Pat and Lolly Vegas, it is one of the band's most successful singles. It made them the first Native American band to reach the top five on the US Billboard Hot 100, reaching number five.

Billboard and Cash Box magazines praised the song when it was released. Interest in the song increased in the 2010s after it was featured in the 2014 film Guardians of the Galaxy and as the theme song for the sitcom F Is for Family.

Stryper

Soldiers Under Command is the second release, and first full-length studio album from Christian metal band Stryper, released on August 23, 1985. It was the first Christian metal album to achieve Gold record status, selling more than half a million copies. The album was originally issued on white vinyl. The Live in Japan in-concert video, released in 1986, was filmed on July 8, 1985 during Stryper's tour in support of this album.

A music video of the title track was released.

The inspirational verse for this album is Timothy 2:3-4.
